We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Delivery team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where your main objective is to bridge business needs with technical solutions, drive clarity in requirements, and support the successful delivery of our eCommerce projects.

Your responsibilities:
- Gathering and tracing requirements
- Analyzing current processes and data (GA/Hotjar, diagrams)
- Defining future state and recommending solutions
- Collaborating with UX designers and supporting workshops
- Planning architecture and building data models
- Configuring eCommerce platforms and preparing estimations
- Conducting workshops and communicating with clients
Apply if you have:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/eCommerce projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create and interpret process diagrams and data models.
- Knowledge of tools like GA, Hotjar, or similar.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital business processes.
- Experience with headless commerce and Magento
- Hands-on involvement in architecture planning.
- Experience running discovery or requirements workshops with clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Medusa.js.
- Previous work with B2B or marketplace solutions.
