Over the past few years, our company has experienced rapid growth.

With all of this in mind, refreshing our brand and website was a natural next step. We wanted it to reflect who we are today - and where we’re going next.
Why did we do this
From the beginning, we’ve been focused on building tailor-made marketplaces and custom commerce solutions. Over time, the projects we took on became larger and more demanding. We partner with companies around the world, working with enterprise clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Along the way, some incredible new brands have trusted us to help them build their future:
- Watermelon - a leading F&B platform in Dubai, their custom B2B Medusa marketplace with web and mobile apps, streamlines access to 42k+ products from 400+ global suppliers.
- UltiMaker - a global leader in 3D printing, their marketplace is the largest 3D printing community in the world & the largest 3D model repository for 3D printing.
- NABX - a U.S.-based market maker in precious metals, their custom-built Medusa B2C eCommerce digitalizes traditional precious metals trading.
- Greetwell - equips short-term rental providers with a B2B2C system for organizing rental property data and seamlessly integrating additional service offerings.
Each of these projects challenged us to go further, build smarter, and find solutions that fit the real-world needs of businesses and their customers.
But success for us isn’t just about delivering more projects in more places. It’s about staying close to the values that shaped Rigby from the start.
We’ve grown quickly - not just in size, but in the ambition of our clients and the complexity of the platforms we build. This brand refresh was about bringing our identity in line with our reality. We didn’t need to reinvent who we are - just evolve how we present ourselves, especially as we step further into the enterprise space.

Our journey began with a clear mission: to build trust and deliver high-quality software. That mission still drives us today. We also believe in the power of open-source and community.
As our work evolved, so did our approach. After being recognized as a Medusa Expert, we also began developing our solutions - like Mercur, an open-source platform for launching multi-vendor marketplaces, and Medusa B2B & B2C Starters. These tools help businesses accelerate their commerce journeys, making complex platforms faster and easier to build.
This mindset helped us become top-rated Medusa developers on Clutch in both 2023 and 2024 - recognitions we’re proud of, because it reflects both our focus on quality and our commitment to the community we serve.
As Rigby evolved, so did the scale and ambition of our work. We knew our brand had to keep pace - not just in how it looks, but in how it communicates who we are and what we deliver. We simplified our design, clarified our message, and introduced visuals that reflect our nature. The result is a brand that’s confident, clear, and built for what’s next - just like the solutions we create.
